Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Private wxveform Shoutrrr Instance (the “Service”), a privately operated, self-hosted social-media scheduling tool intended for the operator's personal use. The Service is not a public subscription or account-hosting service.

Permitted use

The Service may be used to connect accounts, prepare content, schedule posts and perform supported actions through third-party APIs. Use must comply with applicable law and the rules, developer terms and content policies of X and any other connected platform.

Account responsibility

The user is responsible for keeping credentials secure, reviewing content before publication and ensuring that all scheduled or published material is authorized. Access may be restricted or disabled to protect the Service or connected accounts.

Third-party services

The Service depends on X and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply separately. Features may stop working when a platform changes its API, permissions, pricing or availability.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for private use. Continuous availability, error-free operation and compatibility with every platform change are not guaranteed.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable services, failed or duplicate posts, account restrictions, data loss or third-party platform actions.

Changes and termination

The Service, these terms or access to the Service may be changed or discontinued at any time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
